Canada Rare Earth Appoints Investment Banking Advisors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - Canada Rare Earth Corp. ("Canada Rare Earth" or the "Company") (TSX.V: LL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Moneta Advisory Partners (Vancouver) Corp. (“Moneta”) to provide investment banking services in support of the Company’s acquisition, development, and operational plans for its mining, processing, and supply chain.

Moneta will provide strategic corporate finance advice and coordinate fund raisings for the Company’s initiatives in South America and elsewhere as opportunities arise.  Moneta will also assist in augmenting Canada Rare Earth’s supply chain through introductions to industry participants.

Canada Rare Earth is leading the development of the Bom Futuro tailings asset in Brazil, which is known to contain tin as well as zircon, ilmenite and rare earths. The property is part of the historic Bom Futuro tin mine that produced 3% of the global tin supply over the past 30 years. The license for extraction is in hand and the property is being prepared for 15 years of operations.
